This post is a bit late, I actually went last week. Is an ice bar with not only 300 varieties of vodka, but speciality vodka infused on the premises served literally on ice. Czar also is home to chef Saito Saito who has some really intriguing sushi rolls. What Could You Eat? About a third of the sushi rolls were shellfish free. So Tell Us About The Food!
